You may use the tool and its exports for personal and commercial work. Do not use the service to break the law, interfere with the site, overload its providers, or attempt unauthorized access.

Measurements and decisions

Map measurements are estimates based on geographic coordinates and available mapping technology. Maps, addresses, boundaries, and labels can be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on this tool as the only source for navigation, emergency response, surveying, legal boundaries, aviation, construction, or other safety-critical decisions.

Third-party data

The site uses third-party mapping and geocoding services, including OpenStreetMap data. Their attribution and license terms continue to apply. Availability of those services is outside our control.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact measurements, or fitness for a particular purpose.
